- "... can I say that I'm very impressed with the Odyssey web site. It's easy to use and you can get to the information you want. We've just returned from Kos, need I say, with Odyssey. We tried to check availability on Tour Operator A's site and gave up very quickly! Their site is almost unusable. We've also looked at Tour Operator B and C websites - they're no better! The requirements of a travel company web site were fairly straightforward, i.e. you browse the brochure, find something you like, check availability for the dates you want and book it, something which you seem to have done admirably, why your competition can't do this I don't know. Hence you got our business rather than them."

- Firstly, your online booking system is surely the best one for package holidays in the UK, and the late deal we got on our holiday was great. Many other companies ask you to call them for late deals - fortunately Odyssey seem to have realised the benefits of modern technology!

- " My sister (Susannah) and I recently travelled to Cancun , Mexico with Odyssey Holidays. Unfortunately we were caught up in Hurricane Wilma and on the third day of our holiday were evacuated from our hotel to a nearby refuge. I am writing to thank you for the professional way this situation was dealt with. During our time at the refuge, the staff from our hotel (Dos Playas) was calm and efficient in dealing with the 160 or so people under their charge. At all times we felt safe and well protected and were given adequate food and water ."

The standard of accommodation and facilities was excellent and the location within the resort was ideal. I was also very impressed with the flight from Bristol and the efficiency of the Olympic staff at Kos airport who made the transfer to the apartment as smooth as possible.."

"My husband and I have recently returned from the two week holiday in Paxos. We stayed at the Amfitriti Hotel in Lakka and I am writing to say that it was the best holiday we have had. Paxos was everything your brochure described and more, but what made our holiday was the excellent service we received from the proprietor Nancy. She went out of her way to ensure that our holiday was perfect, from meeting us at the harbour to cooking us a Greek meal at the end of our holiday."

My family and I have recently returned from Rhodes through a holiday booked with your company.I would like to take this Opportunity to thank you for an excellent holiday.
We stayed in the resort of Faliraki at the Achousa Hotel, I would be very grateful if you could pass on our gratitude to the Rep Jeff for his involvement over our fortnight. He was very knowledgeable about the area and even made a suggestion on how we could spend our last day (this was because it was my daughter's 16th birthday and we were stuck for something to do).

We came back from Corfu on the 23 rd August. We have been going there for the past 6 years and I can honestly say this year we had the most wonderful rep ever, called jo Silvesters ,Could you please tell her thank you ever so much, if she doesn’t remember us, we were the ones that pushed her into the pool. Just like to say thank you very much, and we were very lucky to have jo as a rep.

My partner and I have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Tingaki Kos. We had a wonderful time staying at the Angela hotel apartments, the rooms were of good and clean standard and the staff were very friendly. Our rep Sean Westrup was most helpful, he was there every morning,afternoon and night even on his own time, which is commendable. We have been on holidays before where we rarely saw a rep for the whole two weeks we were there, he is obviously very committed to his job. We hope to return to Tingaki next year and would like to think Sean would be there to greet us on our arrival at the above hotel. "

- "My husband and I have just returned from Goa , Where we stayed at the Heritage Village Club. The hotel and staff were wonderful but we thought we had to write to say how nice it was to have a local representative in resort. Conrad did everything within his power to make our stay as easy as possible, he was informative and very helpful on a number of occasions. We did not have to go look for him, if we ever had a query he came to find us to give us the information required. We think that wherever in the world you place this young man he will be an asset to your company."
